My husband Felix lives on the ground floor during the working week. He works full-time and travels often for work and back to our family Nth of Sydney most weekends. He is friendly, quiet, gentle and reasonable. Into healthy living and cycling.

We have just purchased the property and will be doing some minor repairs and improvements over the next year. Myself and kids will visit every 3 to 6 months for 2-4 days. We plan to move into this house in Jan 2026.
