$250 for single and utilities depending on usage. $300 for couple and utilities also depending on usage.
You will have the two rooms available to you at the back of the house along with your own bathroom and toilet.
Looking for someone who:

The house:
4/2 plenty of car parking space, laundry, kitchen, wifi, entertainment area. Still moving in so not fully furnished (missing washing machine and dining table).
About us:
I work 8/6 FIFO, my partner is 7/7 Perth based. Our big dog Benny (loves people, attention, walks and food). Puppy Prada (loves to play fetch, loves cuddles and food). We love the gym, getting outdoors, cooking, drinks, catching up with mates, nightlife (occasionally) and watching our tv series.
