Hi, modern 3x2 home with 1x room available (female only) in Calista. It is fully furnished and has access to own bathroom. Must be working or studying, non smoker, clean and tidy! I am very friendly, considerate, easygoing and respect privacy, and also dont mind a chat anytime if you like :)

Sorry, no pets! Public transport just out front goes to local shops, city and also further south. Shops nearby, quick 15 min walk or bus.

Rent is $250 per week, including bills (electricity, gas, water) and WiFi. Shared cost of professional gardener and housecleaner if needed occasionally. Secure with 4 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent in advance, paid fortnightly. References appreciated if you have them.
