Hello!
I’m on the search for a fifo house mate, preferably female but open to a male as well.
I am also open to someone that’s not fifo if they are the right fit for me but needs to be working full time.
House is in caversham, 4x2.
Own bedroom and bathroom, rent would be $270 a week excluding bills, they will be split.
No pets are allowed.
I run a beauty business from home (super chilled and quiet) and also work nights on the weekends so need to be respectful of that. You will barely hear from me because when I’m not working I’m seeing family or friends or catching up on things.
I’m super clean and hate mess so need someone that’s similar.
None smoker preferably.
I’m social but it’s not a party house.
Room can include a bed or you can bring your own.
You would have the back end of the house and I’m at the front with the shared areas in the middle.
Lease term is only for 6 months. Would need to move out by October and would prefer someone for that whole time.
Looking for someone as soon as possible.
