💰 Rent: $350 per week — bills included (power, water, gas ).
Please note: if utilities go significantly over the normal usage, the landlord ask for an extra contribution to cover the difference.

📆 Upfront:
• $700 (2 weeks’ rent in advance)
• 1 month bond

🚪 If you decide to move out, I’ll need 4 weeks’ notice and you must find someone to take over the room.
If you do not comply with the agreement, your bond will be withheld to cover the rent for your room.

👫 The apartment is shared with me and my boyfriend.
I’m a pastry chef and he works FIFO, so he’s away most of the time.
We’re looking for JUST ONE person (preferably a girl) responsible, tidy, and easy-going to share the place with and long term stays.

🏠House and room is all furnished, washing machine in the house.
Washing machine and dryer available downstairs (coin-operated)
