Offering one Queen Size bedroom, with QS bed, furniture and own ensuite (shower basin toilet) and sitting room off bedroom. There’s also a second spare bathroom with a bath - you’re welcome to use downstairs.

Our bedroom is upstairs and your area is very private away from main living areas.

About the occupants
I’m a fun, fit 44 year old professional, who lives with my partner who does FIFO (2 weeks away, one week home). We have 2 dogs, enjoy camping and catching up with family when Steve’s home - so we aren’t around much.

We are both neat, clean, tidy, people who live life and love the beach and being social.
We are both fun, fit and positive with good sense of humour.

We have a JetSki and like to go camping and spend days at the beach… outdoor type people.

We love a chat but are also respectful of people’s private space.

We’ve had plenty of housemates in our past and are good living with other people.
Compatible people
You must be friendly, clean, tidy and quiet (no party goers as Steve and I are early risers)! We enjoy a laugh and a drink but don’t stay up all night or party like we used too.

We are very casual and easy to get along with. Have both lived comfortably with flat mates previously. We enjoy having other people around the house, as it’s a big empty place and a shame to waste such a big space.

We are flexible with move in date and furnishings but the room comes with a bed and side tables, dresser and built in robes and mirror and lamp.

Description of pets
Mack the French bulldog and Dre’ the cavoodle. Dre is still a puppy and slightly annoying but both dogs are very relaxed and easy to live with. We love our dogs very much - so the condition of you living with us is that you love them too, as it’s also their home. Mack may try to snuggle in your bed and sleep with you time to time ;-/

They love a walk, so you’re welcome to take them for walks along the water and get to know our locals.
