FOR RENT - SHORT OR LONG TERM CONSIDERED.
Hi folks, I have a 3 bed 1 bathroom, furnished house to rent. $450 per week. INCLUSIVE OF UTILITIES + INTERNET. Please read all of the ad before responding. I am looking for a good fit for my situation so I am happy to take the time needed to find the right person.

Fully furnished. Great location up high on top of a hill with fantastic views of bushland out towards the setting sun. The house itself is very light and bright. With an established garden with large trees (natives/mulberry/fig) and attractive green outlook it is home to many native bird species. We enjoy a quiet, friendly, safe neighbourhood with a park 3 doors down and a short drive to the beach. Wildlife and native bushland with walking trails and loops surround us on all sides so if you're into cycling or walking or running there's loads of nature to enjoy. The beach is a short drive away and local shops/services/library/pool/cafes/gym/takeaway/fuel etc are just 700m walk down the hill and across the park. I've got great neighbours - mostly owner occupiers and we're all quiet, friendly and sociable - drinks at Christmas kind of thing and I'd be happy to introduce you to the neighbourhood.

The home has good security. Heating is with reverse cycle air-conditioner/gas. The house is well insulated and so is pretty cool in the summer but the air-con is good on those hot days. There is an under cover patio with BBQ and an entertainment courtyard. The house is comfortably furnished.

Price includes utilities (you pay the extra if the bills exceed usage from the same period the previous year) and internet. There is under cover, secure parking for a small vehicle and driveway parking and street parking for larger vehicles.

I'm open to both short and long term interest - the important thing from my end is finding a right fit for my situation. Rent is payable fortnightly in advance and a contract to be drawn up to keep things above board and easy.

References/police clearance required. Your deposit is kept with the Bond Administrator of WA.

I travel away for extended periods and only return to the city a few times a year for short periods. When I am in the city, I occupy a studio in the garden and only really come down to the house a few times a week to say hello and use the laundry when I am home.

Small, well behaved dogs ok. Sorry - no cats due to allergies.
