Hi guys
I have to offer 1 room in my beautiful and stunning larger 4/2 home in Piara Waters Includes all bills !!
House is located on a nice private street in a estate and has access to a large well equipped park across the road and heaps of public transport
Decent size shopping center 1.8ks from home
The house is completely furnished with high end stuff big fridge 3 large 4K tvs to use
Home theater
3 couches to use
The house is very larger with a huge back yard mainly grassed with a nice patio area and shed
The house is set up really well
The living room dinning room and kitchen are open plan
But the entire rest of the house can be shut off for extra privacy!!!!
The 3 back bedrooms and small active area can also be isolated and private from the rest of the house
Please note there is a old photo of the activity room now comes equipped with a 3 seat recliner coach and 55inch Samsung 4K tv to use and do as you please with Access to stan Netflix Foxtel Disney and free to air
Same with the theater room and front activity area they are quipped and can be shut off for privacy
The entire house has everything you need !! And ready to move in
Parking on street there is park opposite my driveway for extra cars and one spot in the drive way to park in
Sorry no garage space
I do have 2 sausage dog and 1 tabby cat !!!
They are extremely well behaved and quite!!!!
The dog does not bark etc

Pets are my soul responsibility feed clean up after them etc
They are super friendly and cuddly so you more than welcome to hang out with them
They do not access the back part of the house at all!!!!

Keep to myself and really only use the front part of my home and garage
But always up for a chat and yarn

And mostly with my partner on weekends so not home a huge amount
