Description of the home

Good vibes and quit family home with huge food forest garden. All bills paid for. Movie nights on Friday and always clean and tidy. I have outdoor cats that are very friendly. Looking for female occupants only please as I have two daughters 14 and 8.
The room is not furnished located in Riverton, which is a good, safe and quiet suburb. Close to transport/bus stop - 5 to 10 minutes to Curtin University (direct bus service) & Bull Creek train station. Also close to Murdoch University (Direct Bus Service). The bus stop is less than minute walk from the house.

House is fully furnished with TV, sofa, fridges, washing machine, dining table and air conditioning. Immaculately clean and modern bathroom with two toilets. Happy to allocate one toilet to occupant. There is a second kitchen outside with a stove, oven, fridge, freezer and utensils.

Looking for tidy, clean and responsible occupant.

Easy access to Riverton Leisureplex, Riverton Library, Stockland Riverton, Riverton IGA (walking distance), Woolsworth and Coles, Southland Boulevard and Carousel shopping malls. Close to Fiona Stanley Hospital and St John of God Murdoch Hospital.
I don’t have visitors except family that come over. My girlfriend stays over two days a week. There is a strict no male visitors policy due to the house being a family home with kids.
