The house was built in 1976 but has been renovated and is modern internally. It is very close to the beautiful beaches of Shoalwater and Rockingham. The local IGA is within walking distance in a shopping centre that also offers a cafe, gift shop, medical centre, bakery, hairdresser, barber and 777 pharmacy. The 551 and 552 bus routes are close as is the Rockingham Train Station. The travel time from here to Perth Underground Station is 33 minutes.
