Beautiful, large, fully furnished master bedroom with high ceilings. Located at the front of the house, the room has a large window which opens to fresh sea breezes and a stunning front balcony. You’ll have your own reverse cycle air conditioner and plenty of storage space in the bedroom — a perfect room if you work from home. The bed is currently a double but can easily accommodate a queen-size bed if you prefer. Also included is a study desk, chair and lamp.
If you have your own bed/furnishings, happy to oblige. I have an Airedale Terrier; this is his home, too. :-)

High ceilings throughout the home, air-conditioned, polished floorboards and new furnishings. The bathroom looks out to a beautiful garden, complete with an outdoor shower.

The rear of the house is east-facing with loads of gorgeous morning sunlight. There's an adjoining patio with an outdoor dining table where you can sit and enjoy the garden and water fountain — perfect for meals, coffee breaks or as an outdoor workspace with your laptop.

The shed has room for a bicycle/motorbike. It has a lockable door which opens to our back laneway adjoining Marine Tce. You could securely lock your bike there and then zip out in a flash.

Oh, there’s also a really cool professional-level Pilates reformer here ( I’m an ex-dancer, ex-Pilates instructor/studio owner so have all sorts of toys)

About the occupants
Hi, I'm a (fairly newly) single female working from home in a full-time job as a copywriter and SEO. I share my house with my wonderful dog Eddie, an Airedale Terrier. I have a pretty quiet but busy life - I work, look after my doggie who is a lot of fun (exercising him at parks, beaches, etc), catch up with friends/family and go to the gym. I love fitness, gardening, beaches, reading international politics, swimming, movies, design and beautiful things.
I occasionally socialise at home, but don't hold many parties. If my potential housemate did some entertaining at home/drinks nights, etc. — that’s absolutely fine; but this is not the place for constant drop-in guests.
I am pro-science, pro-vax, and would appreciate it if my housemate would be up-to-date with Covid vaxes and willing to adhere to govt health recommendations. I just can’t afford to get sick.

I sleep upstairs in the attic, which is almost like a mini apartment (with my doggie). I read and watch movies up there, mostly, so bonus: the lounge room/ tv area is fairly free. :-)

I work on my computer all day using dictation software in the central, smaller room of the house each day.
Compatible people
I'd ideally love to share with a full-time professional. Not fussed if they commute to work or work from home. You MUST be an animal lover happy to live alongside me and my doggy (Eddie - an Airedale Terrier). He is fully toilet trained and v clean as he's at the beach, then showered 3-4 times a week! Must be strictly non-smoking! (This means no nasty vaping, no cigarettes, rolleys, pipes, bongs - either here or outside. So, like, a non-smoker.)

If you have a dog, this could work. No dog? That could work, too. I think it would, fingers crossed. As I work from home and disappear to the gym as much as I can, so even be prepared to negotiate cleaning duties for babysitting/walking the dog.
Description of pets
Eddie is a wonderful 20-month-old Airedale Terrier. This is his house; he was here first. Other than if you are cooking, please understand that it is not fair to him to be ordered outside. This is his home - and unnecessarily punishing him will only make him distressed. When he meets you, he'll bowl you over with enthusiasm, which, uh, might be a bit awkward. But once he realises he is safe with you and that you can be friends, he will be a wonderful companion. He's also mountalins of fun. It's just that first hurdle...
