It is in walking distance to the ferry and minutes from bus transport options. The house itself is set in a quiet and peaceful setting, supporting an enjoyable living experience.

The house has polished floor boards through out downstairs and carpets in the bedroom upstairs.

I choose to share with like minded people whose privacy i respect and ask that is reciprocated please.
I am studying at the moment so this is the opposite to a party house.
However, there are fun times when there are great conversations around the dinner table and sharing the day when the times align.
