This townhouse is set in the green leafy area of South Perth. A few minutes walk from the Angelo Cappachino strip and a variety of eating options in Means Street on the South Perth foreshore. It is in walking distance to the ferry and minutes from bus transport options. The house itself is set in a quiet and peaceful setting, supporting an enjoyable living experience.

The house has polished floor boards through out downstairs and carpets in the bedroom upstairs.
with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry and large bathroom upstairs.
I choose to share with like minded people whose privacy i respect and ask that is reciprocated please.
I am studying at the moment so this is the opposite to a party house.
However, there are fun times when there are great conversations around the dinner table and sharing the day when the times align.
