Home Description

Description of the home

The house is a neat and tidy home, with natural lighting.
The house is only 4 years old, and I like the open feeling in the living and lounge area.
Located close to a local IGA, chemist, doctor surgery - 5 minute walk.
My lifestyle is rather relaxed. Close to parks and opposite bushland.
Public transport is a 150m walk to catch the bus, which goes to Cockburn Central train station.
By car, it's approximately 20km south of the river. A 25 minute drive without peak hour traffic.

About the occupants
My name is Ben.
I work in the health industry - part-time Monday to Thursday.
I have a passion for music and like to live a rather relaxed lifestyle.
I'm up for an occasional drink, I'm a non-smoker, therefore I will prefer a housemate who is also a non-smoker.
Weekend activities include basic R&R, to kayaking, and occasional dinner outings.
Although currently, I don't have a pet, I'm considering early to mid 2025 in getting a furchild.
Dockers fan, and go to most home games.
I cringe knowing that I'm finally 50 as well. LOL!!
Compatible people
A great flatmate is one who has a healthy lifestyle.
Is good at being friendly, but is open to a sometimes quiet house environment.
A flatmate who is either a FIFO, holding a full-time job, and works in an office/hospital environment suits well.
