Hi ya! Large 3 bed home in the gorgeous west Leederville area 5 mins from lake monger and centra Leederville. Had a friend pull out of the home as it’s 950 per week I need a roomie! Lots of space and I’m always at work/ gym or in one of the two study areas… it’s a great house for someone to live without any bother.
Compatible people
No smoking inside, an easy going female who is also busy with life would be ideal. With me and the house comes a small Moodle who resides there. Children who are quiet and independent stay over in the third spare room over the weekend
