Description of the home
This duplex is in a nice neighbourhood. There is only a 7-minute drive to the Lake Innes Village Shopping centre and the CSU campus. The closest bus stop is a 4-minute walk.
There is a kitchen which has a shelf available in the pantry, plus two shelves in a fridge. There is also a freezer in the garage which a flatmate or I could use.
There is also an ensuite bathroom which is beside the bedroom. A flatmate could choose to bring their own bed in case there is not a desire to sell one off.
