Description of the home

The complex is a resort, has an on site manager, is well maintained manicured gardens, two pools, a spa, sauna, games room, gym, Tennis court, roof-top bbq area and cafe attached. The building rooftop has beautiful views of the Gold Coast, from the beaches to the hinterland. The block is secured, and the reception desk is always manned during office hours. The building is across from the water, and has full access to the beautiful Broadwater. A small local shopping centre is only a few blocks away and public transport is available.

The apartment faces toward the Hinterland looking over the pool area, gets afternoon sun. The apartment has recently been renovated. The main bathroom will be solely yours except when guests are visiting. The main area is air conditioned, the bedroom has a ceiling fan. There is a separate laundry with dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped. The room comes furnished with a new mattress/ double bed. It also has a double built-in wardrobe with a four draw dresser.

Most bills are included in the rent, including some Foxtel channels. There is no internet and electricity will be split evenly. Off street parking only. The building is non smoking as is my apartment. This is also not a party household and pets not allowed. Being a shared house, cleanliness of main areas are expected, and keeping them clean will be shared.
I am a female in my 20's, career minded, I am looking for a similar person, someone who feels they want their own space and comfort but also likes a wine relaxing at night.
