Hello! I'm looking for one (clean-living, non-smoking, dog friendly) housemate who loves harmonious, relaxed living and being able to walk barefoot to the beach, just across Oceanic Drive.

It's in a fabulous location in a quiet crescent and 4 blocks from Kawana Shopping World and all the nearby restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Being two streets from Nicklin Way and on a crescent, there's no road noise.

You'll have a large bedroom to yourself with a light and bright, renovated shared living area, kitchen and bathroom. There's a large garden area out front and back with shady yellow flame/poinciana trees.

The home is fully furnished and equipped (except your bedroom, but the bedroom can come furnished if you need that). storage is available in the shed out back.

From experience I've found the ideal housmate is someone who shares similar values of mutual respect and personal ethics, lives a healthy, rich and varied life and naturally takes turns keeping the shared areas clean and comfortable for each other. Within reason of course - I know life gets in the way sometimes, and dogs make sure there's never perfection with all their fur and love of lying in the dirt after swimming at the beach! I prefer to keep food and meals separate.
Description of pets
PROS: Hamish is a cuddle loving softie who's greatest joys in life are tummy pats, chasing birds and bush turkeys, and going to the beach for a run and swim any day, any time. He's an indoor/outdoor dog, depending what mood he's in and if there's people around. As he's half Husky, he very rarely barks but does "talk" when you come home and warn you if someone he doesn't know comes to the house. He's incredibly obedient and gentle and will do anything you want if you learn his commands. CONS: He hogs the couch.
