I can provide some furniture and the price includes bills but we go halves in water rates which come about once every 3 months. Oh and there is also a fireplace for the winter. You have the main bathroom and will only have to share your toilet with visitors.

Description of the home

You have a choice of two rooms (both with built-ins) which are available but I only want to rent out one of them and the other is to be kept as a spare room. I have an ensuite bedroom so you will also have your own bathroom. There is a pool to cool off in on those sticky hot days which I maintain as well as I can.
I need someone to share rent and expenses with me as my current housemate is moving out in two weeks.
I prefer a responsible student or a working person. You will be sharing with me only.
I am a friendly, middle-aged lady and am studying currently so I keep much to myself most of the time.
I am looking for someone who is responsible, considerate, honest, clean, and can pay their bills on time. No dogs or cats as I have chooks, and quails for fresh eggs and fish just because I like them. Oh, and there is also a fireplace for those cold winter days. If this is you, please contact me and we can iron out the finer details.

Bills and expenses

Included in the price is electricity, pool chemicals, limitless internet and Nerflix for those that enjoy watching movies and YouTube etc. The only cost that we would share is water rates and food although I usually buy most of the food. The price and expenses can be negotiated to suit us both. I just want a hassle free happy home.

About the occupants
Hi, I am a middle-aged lady living on my own at the moment. I am friendly but don't really socialise much these days and am happy just spending time at home in the pool, doing art & craft or learning to play guitar. I have pets...several fish and a couple of chooks so fresh eggs are at hand. lol. If you want to know more just contact me and ask.
Although I am very friendly, I generally tend to keep much to myself.
ps. Also, I have a spare fridge available if you prefer to keep your food separate.
Compatible people
I think it is important to have trust and respect other people. If issues come up, I would expect that we could talk about them as they arise and not let them brew and get worse. I don't drink so would prefer someone that doesn't drink or at least doesn't drink much as I have found this to be a problem in the past. I am a very reasonable person and am sure things can be worked. I also expect you to clean up after yourself or we can work out the chores to suit us both. It's great to have a friendship within the home but also respect other people's privacy and space. PENSIONERS ARE VERY WELCOME.
