Ahoy, there potential future housemate!
Situated close to the bustling cbd, beach, Grittifh Uni and the hospital this is an opportunity not to be missed by professionals, uni students or beach lovers for your new home!
The house is two story duel living, with the top floor being practically yours! Share upstairs with my eldests' father. 3 bedrooms, living, kitchen, bathroom, separate toliet. Aaron is quiet, works long hours, if he's around he's either playing the xbox in his room or out on one of his many toys - ranges from motorbikes to skateboards 🤣
2 Bedrooms are yours, the loungeroom ect can come furnished or do as you like with it, it really is an open slate to make your own space.
If you ever feel sociable, your always welcome to poke your head into the fun house downstairs that me and the crotch goblins run, but happy to leave you to do your own thing.
We are free spirited and laid back. We hope to find a housemate similar, who has an open communication style, who are up to kindly shooing small children if they are becoming pest like 😅
Both bedrooms are big enough to swing a cat in, though I ask that you please don't, Vader wouldn't appreciate that 😉 Both easily fit queens with the bigger being the master with triple mirrored built in and the other having a double mirrored built in.
Yard houses splendid pool and BBQ. I'd love it to resemble a little forest and not that of weeds but I have little to be desired when it comes to having a green thumb, so big bonus points if you love greenery, I promise to help and not hinder 😅 I'm good at following instructions just not remembering to water anything 😅
Internet and netflix/stan/Disney ect included. Electricity and water shared and paid separately.
