Approx 40 minute drive to Brisbane and not far from the Gold Coast Hinterland. Grocery stores, gyms and Westfield are all within 10 minutes drive. The estate is fairly new with construction still underway. They are currently building parkland nearby and there are loads of walk-in paths in the area.
