Description of the home
The house is amazing, it's on the water and super close to Robina Shopping Centre.
Fully fenced in a quiet street at the end of a culdesac plus I'm home most of the time so it's very safe.
It's on the water and has a swimming pool.
Projector in the lounge with surround sound if you ever want to watch movies.
The house is furnished however there is so much space if you have some of your own furnishings things can be moved around, the spare bedroom is unfurnished.
The internet is amazing, the gardener comes fortnightly in summer, the pool cleaner comes monthly, and the cleaner comes fortnightly.
The only downside is no aircon however the breeze off of the water is usually pretty nice.
