Two storey home with entertaining deck upstairs with a great view of the area. Driveway is steep but there is spots for cars half way up.
Bathroom downstairs with the room for rent is shared but sharing tenant is rarely home. Tenant upstairs has own ensuite.
Communal areas all usable. No back yard, back fence backs onto bush so very private. Nice neighbours and quiet street
