I am Maxine. Have been working in Sydney for last 5 years and am the owner occupier of the property. It’s well appointed in a great location. I have a stressful job so want to maintain a peaceful home. I like my own space but also like to get out locally and to socialise with a small group of good friends. The house worked very well during Covid shutdowns as it is very large so there was no living on top of each other. I am extremely hygienic, particularly with the pets and keep a clean and tidy home.

Cleaver, young lab is a delightful, beautiful natured boy who goes off to kindy about 3-4 times a week for beach and park adventures to socialise him and run the energy out of him. He has the right temperament for high density local environment. Has been professionally trained from a very young age.
