Bedroom is equipped with a double bed, medium sized robe, two sets of drawers, bed side table, with a lamp. I have DB sheets if you need them. Just need your own pillows and a quilt.

Kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, electric stovetop.

Spacious lounge room with a split system AC, oil heater and comfy L shaped couch that can fold out to a double bed.

Beautiful bathroom that has a bathtub with spa jets and a large shower with a variable shower head (a rain head and smaller removable head)

Parking at the back and the front, away from main road.

Amazing atmosphere both inside and out, surrounded by a friendly community with neighbours who are approachable and respectful, willing to have a chin wag but won't push for it.
