I’m am going away from 10th July and am looking for someone to sublet while I am gone.
It's a fully furnished room in a 3-bed apartment with plenty of space for anyone WFH! You'll be living with two lovely girls, one Irish and one English both in their late 20s working full-time office jobs. They're both so nice and easy to get on with! * Not a party house as it's a very residential area/building but there's no issue with having friends over!
📅 10 July - 1st September but can be slightly flexible with dates
💵 $400 + $10 for bills per week, paid every Wednesday.
🚊 than 10 minutes from Edgecliff train station, 324/325/328 bus. Great routes for getting into the city and only one stop to Bondi Junction bus station!
🛍️ Less than 10 minutes to Coles and Aldi, 15 minutes to Woolies
☀️ Right beside Rushcutters Bay Park, close to Redleaf Pool, Watsons Bay, Camp Cove and Shark Beach!
