About the occupants
Hello (potential) future flatmate! I'm Farah, a 32-year old lawyer who works in the in-house legal team of a fintech in the CBD. I work in the office 3 days per week (Tues, Wed and Fri) and do the remaining 2 days from home.

I prefer to go out to socialise rather than entertain at home (it's my own personal preference as I like to try new restaurants and bars). I'm comfortable with a flatmate who does host friends at home for dinner parties or chilled out catch-ups (sadly my days of regular partying are behind me, so a party-house just isn't my jam).

I tend to go back to the Gold Coast for ~1-2 weeks every 2-3 months so you'll get some space on a regular basis.
Compatible people
A flatmate who I can connect and enjoy a chat with, rather than simply co-exist with for logistics purposes. That said, I do really like my personal space and enjoy recharging in my room after work - either streaming a show, and/or online shopping.
