Are you looking for a stopgap while you look for something more permanent? My top floor apartment is available from December 16 to January 20 (negotiable). I am looking for someone quiet, tidy and respectful of the neighbours.

We are on the border of Marrickville, Earlwood and Tempe. A stone's throw from Dulwich Hill Village. In every nook and cranny you will find breweries, gin bars, pubs and music. Walking distance to Marrickville and Illawarra roads which are jam packed with Vietnamese cuisine and supermarkets with fresh, cheap market garden produce. In the opposite direction you will find Greek, Lebanese and Italian foods. Plenty of river walking, kayaking and jogging available as we are right on the Cooks River. Behind us we have the Wolli Creek Walking Track which runs through the beautiful bush as part of the Two Valley Trail. With the 423 bus stop on our doorstep, it is one trip all the way to circular quay. A five minute trip on the bus or a ten minute walk to Woolworths. A quick drive or cycle to Sydenham station where you can get the train or metro into town. Plenty of great gyms to join and cycle paths to peddle.

The apartment block tenants are quiet, friendly and respectful. Our view from the top floor verandah looks East. We have sunlight for most of the morning and afternoon. The apartment is filled with natural light - no dark, dank areas here!
