The layout and size of the home means there is plenty of space to gather, get away or entertain friends - very welcoming home.
Home is in a quiet street in a safe, up-market inner-city suburb close to city, 5 mins to Edgecliff train, Rushcutters Bay and Trumper Park.

We are both very easy-going and enjoy a relaxed but fun welcoming home. We respect others space and privacy but also happy to socialise with rest of the household and guests. This is a great home with a lovely energy - very homely and relaxed and a place that people tend to want to stay - the home has a history of long-stay tenants.
