I work from home most days in the study area of Bedroom 2. Bed 1 will be your room with an ensuite, as well as the option for the media room for a home office if you need it. Kitchen / dining / balconies are shared areas. I have a lot of kitchen equipment you are welcome to use.
More than happy to work with you on furniture / lay out / schedules - this place will not be mine - this will be your home too.
I'm a pretty decent cook (10 years in hospo), so happy to cook the occasional housemate meal with a few drinks, if you're up for that.
