Hi everyone! A sunny room with a private bathroom is available in Erskineville.

Sadly, my flatmate is moving out, so I'm looking for someone who wants to call this place home. I’m Laura, a digital marketing professional in my thirties. I love catching up with friends, scuba diving, traveling, and movies (especially horror movies).

Here’s a bit more about the apartment: The apartment is 2 storey and north facing so gets lots of light. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The available room and bathroom are unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is fully set up. On the ground floor, there’s a half-bathroom with a laundry area that includes a washing machine and dryer. There’s also a small storage room for shoes, an open-concept living room and kitchen, and a spacious balcony (new plants are always welcome!).

I’m hoping to find someone who wants to make this place feel like home, enjoys a friendly chat or a glass of wine, but also values their own space and activities. If you think you’d be a good fit, I’d love to hear from you!
