MASTER BEDROOM IN ALEXANDRIA WITH ENSUITE AND BALCONY
Hello lovely people. Our brilliant roommate is unfortunately leaving us for a big adventure in the US so we have a master bed with ensuite available in our Alexandria terrace from the 16th of August. Perfect for couples or a single.

🛌About the room: Big master bedroom with two closets and your own private bathroom with a bath tub. Aircon and heating. You also have your own balcony that looks onto a beautiful mini garden strip.

🏠About the house: Recently renovated with a big, beautiful kitchen, two living spaces and ample outdoor space. Located on a sunny street in Alexandria, we are a 6 minute walk from Erskineville station, 10 minute walk from carriage works and local IGA, Woolies and gym with a chill pub (the Camelia) just 50m down the street. We are also 15 minutes from King street if you want the Newtown experience without the traffic and noise.

About the occupants
🤠The people:

Jemma is a full time public policy consultant who runs a psychology podcast in her spare time. She moved from Canberra at the beginning of the year and you can often find her rock climbing at blochaus, swimming at her favourite beach (Coogee ofc) or watching TV with the house. She’s a busy bee and is often out living life but is always down for a good chat, catch up and quality time when she’s home.

Jack works full time as a consultant and writes plays in his spare time. Originally from Sydney and moved back from Canberra this year, he’s an absolute sweetheart who loves to talk politics, all things creative and plays a few video games whilst we’re at it.

Tom works as a high flying marketing guru for an investment fund and loves a cheeky dinner out and some A-grade homemade cocktails. Perhaps the funniest member of the house, Tom is always up for some Rupaul’s drag race, quality banter or a wander around the local vintage and op shops for some golden clothing or furniture finds.

We’re a fun loving, creative house who like to share a few drinks and socialise but are also very respectful of privacy and the need for alone/down time. We have many years of share house experience so want someone who can communicate openly, is respectful of personal space/cleanliness but is also down for a laugh and a house dinner every now and then. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
