I’m looking to rent out a room in my apartment in Merrylands. 5 minutes walk to Stockland shopping centre and Merrylands station . It is a modern two bedrooms and two bathrooms apartment located on the second floor but there is elevator access. There is a balcony with a lovely view. I mostly keep to myself but will not mind hanging here and there. The apartment is fully furnished and this includes a double bed in the room.
