3 bedroom newly renovate house in Lane Cove, central to transportation across Sydney (direct bus out front) and close to Lane Cove shops and restaurants. Room is fully furnished with large wardrobe, queen size bed, mattress and desk all for your use. Majority of my stuff will be moved out, so completely ready for you to move in and make yourself at home! Perks include some fury friends to keep you company.

About the house: Off street parking and huge storage space. House is newly renovate, large bath and rain head shower, kitchen is new with electric appliances and heaps of storage. Washing machine and dryer, as well as a large backyard.

Overall, we are a loving and supportive household looking for someone likeminded. We like to have fun, always open for a yap and wine night and TV show binge. Message for any further details!

About the roomies: You’ll be joining 2 girls in their late 20s and early 30s along with some fury friends (2 cats, 1 dog). We are looking for someone who is definitely comfortable to be around animals (experience with living with animals is ideal). Also looking for someone who is tidy and respectful of their surroundings. One of the girls works from home on some weekdays and weekends (mostly mornings) therefore this is not a party household.
