My name is Kate. I'm in my late 30s… well my latest 30. I work as a marketing Creative Director in marketing. My work varies as I am currently freelancing. I can be based at home (in a separate office) or in-house at an agency.

Although I work a lot, I make the most of my downtime by seeing live music, going to art or food festivals, spending weekends away, and eating out. I love yoga and my Peleton, and I spend as much time as I can in the ocean.

I’m after the usual things in a flatmate, clean and tidy, easy to get along with and respectful. A sense of humour and some common interests are a bonus too.
Compatible people
I'm fairly open as to who I live with, but self awareness is a beautiful trait in a flatmate. I'd love to live someone who is responsible, low maintenance and knows how to look after themselves, who I also get along with.

I'm not really into the scheduled meals, I don't have enough of a routine to commit to that. Happy to share basic supplies rather than having two of everything. Also more than happy to share wine :)
Description of pets
Uly, short for Ulysses, is a girl despite her name (it's a long story). She is an exotic short hair. Uly has turned many a dog person into a cat person. She's 10 years old, friendly, really chilled out, and very funny. She's never hissed or swiped at anyone. Ever. I take good care of her, brush her often, keep her food area clean, claws clipped and regular check ups at the vet. You'll love having her around.

She does shed fur in Spring and to a lesser degree in Summer.
