Hi home-seekers, a room is coming up in our sweet little house from 26 November. Great location in Newtown just off south King Street, 10 mins walk from Newtown station, easy walk to Marrickville Metro, and a little park just across the road🌳
The vibe is calm and relaxed, warm and social but everyone free to do their own thing. It’s more quiet and homely than a party house but everyone’s welcome to have occasional hang outs with friends.
The house is recently renovated with an open living room-kitchen and a sunny backyard.
We keep it tidy and it’s assumed that everyone will clean up after themselves and do a bit to keep the house on the rails. Non-smoking house but okay in the backyard. Queer friendly.
