Hi guys. A single bedroom will be available at the end of the month in our Pymble share house.
$220 pw including bills.
We are 3 aussie males (late 20s and early 30s) working full time and studying.
We like to keep to ourselves and respect each others privacy but often enjoy having a meal and a few drinks together.
The house has been renovated inside and out a year ago.
Brand new kitchen and appliances, brand new toilet and laundry.
The house has 1 main bathroom and 1 extra toilet in the laundry.
The room will come with minimum furniture so you will be required to provide your own bed.
The room has a door that goes out on the front balcony (could be used as private entrance)
High speed NBN included in rent as well as all bills.
Less than 10 minute walk to Pymble and Gordon stations, pub, and coffee shops.
5 min walk to Pacific Highway
There is parking space on the property if you own a car.
No gender preference - fully vaxxed only - 2 weeks in advance and 1 week bond.
