It is walking distance to Randwick Junction, The Spot, Centennial and Queens Park and some great local cafes. Buses are about a 300m walk which gives you access to the City, beaches and Bondi Junction.

The apartment is modern with open plan living, it's bright with plenty of sunshine and to share with only myself. The common areas of the apartment are fully furnished with most dinning and cooking equipment available. The laundry is separate with a washer/dryer and also a second toilet.
