Nestled in an ultra convenient location just a few minutes walk to the hub of Riverstone and the train station, 15min drive to Rouse Hill shops and 25mins to Penrith, this house is on a tree lined street with lovely, quiet neighbours.
Your bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, and the whole place feels modern and light-filled (I love plants!)

Induction cooktop in a modern kitchen with a huge pantry and a dishwasher, and a dining table infront of the fish tank so you can host a dinner party with some friends.
Tiled throughout (bedrooms carpeted) and you would have the use of the main bathroom to yourself, as I live in the master bedroom with ensuite. (The other 2 bedrooms are used as storage by the landlord).
Location wise it takes me 8mins to power walk to Riverstone station main street of Randwick and the local bus stop (or 2mins if you sprint up the hill!) and buses to the city take ~20mins. House has a landscaped front garden and small rear garden, with a lovely outdoor seating area.
