Great apartment in the Balmain Shores complex. Overlooking Cockatoo Island, dog park in front, 10 minute walk to Darling st (Coles, pubs, restaurants) and 15 minutes to Birkenhead Point shopping centre. Great access to Town Hall - 500x buses come along Victoria st (few minutes walk) every 5ish minutes. Easy ferry access to the city too via the reopened Balmain West jetty.
One catch - due to a water issue there is going to be some work done on the second bathroom at some point. Still don't know how significant that will be or when it will happen though.
