Our house in Schofields is in a new housing estate, so we don't have lots of large trees yet, but the area is quiet, with mostly families living close by. The house is two storey, and very spacious, we have a large kitchen/dining area with family room, a front lounge room, and an upstairs television area with couch, including the four bedrooms.

It's a short walk to Schofields Station and Woolworths, and about a 10 minute drive to Tallawong Station, and Rouse Hill Shopping Centre.

There is a small alfresco area with a table and chairs for morning coffee. The house is fully equipped with a washing/drying machine, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, and walk-in pantry, which we all share, a large gas cooktop and electric oven.

Currently there is one furnished room available.
