THE HOUSE
We have a room available for 1 person (m/f), with mature outlook on life. We are seeking someone who is respectful of others, responsible and yes does keep their bedroom and bathroom clean. We are seeking a quiet person.
THE ROOM
The room is approx. 3m x 2.8m, with built in w’robe and a double bed. You will share the bathroom facilities with the other flatmate. He is a mature guy, str.
THE HOUSEHOLD
My partner, 45yo and myself 54yo, (both males), So currently 3 ppl in residence.
Plus, 1x cat
We all look after ourselves regarding meals. We are an easy going, quieter household, and would prefer a non-smoker quieter clean person, who can respect others.
There is no off-street parking only street parking.
Closest Train station is St Mary’s, Bus 776, bus stop is 1-2 min walk
