We are looking for three tenants to take the whole Apartment for a minimum of six months over the summer.
The apartment is in an ideal location with incredible ocean views and loads of beaches nearby. We would preferably like to have friends move in or single tenants and a couple.

The apartment is very spacious, airy, sunlight and fully furnished, ready to move in.

- Great cafes nearby area and Vaucluse shops
- 10 minute walking distance to the Watsons Bay ferry which takes you straight to the city
- 10 to 15 minute walk to camp Cove Beach and Nielsen Park beach
- Stunning ocean Views and incredible Cliff walks near the Vaucluse Lighthouse
- Bus stop right at the front of the building

This open plan apartment features a spacious lounge and separate open dining room. The kitchen is large with lots of storage and a gas cooktop.
The bathroom is spacious with lots of storage and a separate shower and bathtub.

The large room has a king bed and a huge double wardrobe. This room is suitable for a couple.
The middle room and the small room are adjoined but each have doors so they are considered as separate rooms.

Please note we are looking for tenants who are clean, respectful and able to pay their rent on time.
This is definitely not a party Apartment.
