My house is in a prime location, minutes from Clifford Gardens, Grand Central, and Hospitals (St Andrews & Base).

A lovely 3 bedroom, gabled home, renovated in 2021, so you have a fresh, clean house to call home. The house has many windows that give the house a very light and airy feel. The north-facing, front verandah overlooks a lovely and well-maintained park.

Three bedroom house - only one room available to rent (the other two rooms currently tenanted). One tenant travels extensively, which means you’ll share the house with one other person most of the time. The household offers a space for people who like a calm and relatively quiet home environment.
