You’ll be living with one lovely housemate (Karina) and her sweet pug, Coco 🐶. It’s a quiet, peaceful home just off Popes Road.

• Large bedroom: 3.75m x 3.6m
• Big built-in wardrobe
• Shared bathroom (rarely an issue)
• Option to use extra bedroom as office space

🏡 The House:
• 3 bedrooms (you’d be sharing with one person)
• Laundry with washer & dryer
• Dishwasher
• Large back deck
• Air con (central upstairs, split downstairs)
• New carpet upstairs

💰 Rent: $375/week

💵 Bond: Negotiable
📅 Available: Mid to late July
