Our house pretty much sells itself. It's in a beautiful area, it's spacious (2 lounge rooms, 2 toilets), bedrooms with high ceilings, a big backyard with a beautiful garden, close to bars, 100m to a tram that goes via chapel street to the city, 6 minutes walk to the train station, a great price and two respectful housemates.
