Hi, I have a room available in my house on George st, Thebarton. The house is a cute little maisonette, its been recently renovated so has a great mix of modern and traditional features like built in wardrobes, air-conditioning, ceiling fans in every room, dishwasher, timber floors throughout and decorative fire place in every room. Out back is a covered out door entertaining area with a low maintenance garden. There is also a undercover garage / parking at the back of the house. the bedroom is a really good size, it has a fireplace, ceiling fan, builtin robes and really nice light from a western facing window.

The house is close to a lot of public transport, with bus stops on George st and the tram only a short walk away.
