Private, fully furnished, guest suite independent from a brand new, four-bedroom home.

The guest suite has separate digital key-less entry and shares no walls with the main house. Your space was purpose-designed as a fully self-contained premium living quarter. It is effectively a studio-apartment, with queen bed, kitchen, lounge and dining/workspace. The space feels incredibly bright and open, with white walls, 3 meter high ceilings throughout, and a 5 meter wall of double-glazed, floor to ceiling glass, with two sliding doors.

The rental rates includes all bills (electricity, water, internet). You have a walk-in-robe, with considerable storage, that leads through to your private bathroom. You’ll enjoy the large stone top vanity with ample counter space, and above counter mirror with additional storage. The ensuite bathroom includes heat lamps, underfloor electric heating, and electric skylight.

An integrated fridge and washing machine are kept out of view. A kettle, toaster and induction hot plate are provided. The kitchen includes stone countertops, sink and vast storage space. There is a 55” brand new wall mounted LED TV, and Bluetooth capable soundbar. LED strip lighting, and other modern lighting features throughout the space offer a range of comfortable and practical lighting options.

There is a dining table / study desk with two leather seats, in addition to a reclining leather lounge chair.
Your entire space has underfloor electric heating, and is also fully air-conditioned in summer.

There are modern, floor to ceiling side retracting sheer curtains, in addition to remote motorised block out blinds for optimum light reduction.

Leave your double glass doors open to listen to the birds whilst the double screen doors keep out flies. Walk out onto the spotted gum deck, and then descend from the property straight onto the Ashby Reserve. There are countless kilometres of walking and mountain bike riding to enjoy straight out of your backyard.

The north-facing orientation, large glazing and exposed concrete floors means your suite is bathed in natural light and stays warm and cosy in winter.

The exterior of the property is under video surveillance for everyone’s security and peace of mind.

Please note, the driveway, courtyard and rear yard are available for you to move through. Parking is on the street, and there are 12 steps down to your suite. Since your suite is fully self-contained, no other areas within the main house is permitted for your
