BRIGHT AND COSY ROOM AVAILABLE IN ANNANDALE ✨

Hello there,
My beautiful room is up for grabs from the 1st of May onwards. I’m so upset to be leaving this wonderful house and my 5 star house husbands. We’ve created a lovely little home and are keen to find someone who also wants to make this their home and will bring just as much fun, laughter and sass to the house. Everyone is pretty busy during the week but are always up for a chat at the end of the day and a few drinks over the weekend.

You would be living with two very tidy guys who will keep you laughing:

Rickman (26) - a plant loving yogini who keeps the house looking spick and span and the plants thriving.

Jack (26) - a man full of puns who will never turn down a boogie.

The room is somewhat separate to the house (pictures attached) and we have a fab little courtyard. The house is very central - 15 minute bus ride to Central, walking distance to Newtown and surrounds and some great spots to eat/drink.

$280/week (excluding bills). No bond, this is a sub let arrangement ☺️
