It features an airconditioned large living area with comfy sofas and TV, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, all 4 bedrooms airconditioned and 2 1/2 bathrooms. We also offer a covered carpark and a massive backyard where you can do exercise and gardening.

We are also in a great location where there's only 3-5 minutes walk to the bustop, shops, gym and parks.

2 bedrooms are vacant and is available. Me and my bestfriend are both friendly and outgoing person.

Bills and expenses

Weekly rent 105. Electricity, water and internet are all split and equally shared when bill is issued as the bill fluctuates depending on the season. Roughly around 120 to 150 per 3 months for electricity, 50 to 60 for the water every 3 mos. and 4 dollars for wifi per week.
