THE ROOM
The room available is #3 ($255) on the floorplan, on the first floor. It can fit a queen bed and has big built-ins and a window with blinds that overlook the back courtyard.

You will also have access to bedroom 4 on the floorplan as a shared office space to share with one person. It features built in desks, windows and beautiful natural light.

THE HOUSE
The house is 3 stories with plenty of shared open spaces. We have a front and back courtyard with plenty of room for plants. The top level is a shared office space, shared with one other person. Less than 10 minute walk to Erskineville Station, about 15 to Redfern and/or Newtown! There’s street parking available directly outside, and we’re eligible for a parking permit.

The laundry has a recent model Bosh front loader with automatic detergent dosing for perfectly environmental and economic washing.

The massive kitchen is fully kitted out with all manner of whiz-bang appliances (coffee machine, Tiger rice cooker, Kenwood chef …). The living room has Apple TV, sound system, Switch. There’s also a shady and quiet courtyard perfect for a summer BBQ.
